And one of them are Mental health, this is a disease which starts it is a acute disease but when time passes it get into chronic disease . When any one suffer from mental health, they took path in wrong direction like committed suicide .If any one suffer from mental health is as same as they suffer from cancer, AIDS or heart attack. In this busy life style everyone suffer from mental health. But it more affect the age of 15 to 60. In this age people are having lots of up and down in their life. In this period student having exam fear. People having family pressure, job/work pressure and boss fear. All the time people having headache some or the other reason. Mental health problem has been shown in low and middle income family. Earlier, people says mental health are good and without mental health there can be no true physical health. But now a days the scenario are change more number of people suffer from mental disorder .they go into wrong ways to reduce their problem , people start drinking, take lots of harmful substance . Mental health also impact on human personal as well as his professional life. Now a days parents and children relations, couple relation, employ and their senior relation are not healthy. The rate of suicide divorce are increase in India that is also because of Mental health. Because of lockdown extension people stay in their home that is also one of the reason of mental issue. People cannot talk to any one to their mental disorder to their parents, partner or friends because they feel shy or think people laugh on him if he says about his mental disorder. But we have to change our mind set if any one suffer from mental problem we do not take it lightly. Prescribe to a better doctor, therapeutics or do meditation. Apart from that yoga are the best ways to reduce mental problem, an For cure from mental disorder we have to talk to our parents, partner and friends. They also take it as seriously. People are require to do yoga every day to increase mental strength and also go for meditation. Now a days there are no medicine for mental issue. But doctor, therapist, or counsellor having lots of ways to come out from it. We have to do less uses of social media and spend more time with family or friends. We play out door game by which brain get relax as well as body. Parents are require to appreciate their child even in less mark and promote him and get familiar with their child. Now a days we have opportunities in term of growing acknowledgement of mental disorder as key targets of global health action, as well as the use of new technology internet ,cell phone help to concert with doctor and therapist all across the world. The Indian government pass the bill in parliament to care the people who suffer from the Mental health problem. The national and district Mental health program are on the way to deliver the more information about Mental problem. Bollywood celebrity also spread the awareness towards the mental health issue, stress, anxiety and depression.
